HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT?

To create a new account, please click on "Register" button on top of the page, and then fill out the appropriate information. You may start shopping once you have created your new account.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

You can simply change your login email address in "My Account", we will update your new login email address as your newsletter email address.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGOT MY LOGIN PASSWORD?

To retrieve your password, please click on "Forgot Your Password" at the login page,and then enter your billing email address. 
We will send your password to your billing email address.
HOW DO I PLANCE AN ORDER?

We have three simple steps for ordering: 

Step 1: You will need to login first. If you are a new user, you may register as a member for free. 

Step 2: Browse the item you wish to purchase - click on the category list on the left of the page. When you have found the products you would like to purchase , simply click the "Add To Cart" button. You will see these items in your shopping cart now (View cart). and then you can continue shopping or checkout 

Step 3: When you have finished your shopping, simply click on the Checkout button locate don the top right of the page or at the bottom of your shopping cart. The website will then lead you though the process of providing delivery and payment details.

WHICH SHIPPING WAY MY ORDER WILL USE?

Our MOQ=US$300,all orders will be shipped by YunExpress for free,for Russia we will ship by EMS.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal ,you can pay directly in our store by paypal ,items will be sent at once paid since our Paypal connect with our warehouse system. Also Bank Transfer and West Union are accepted,  Both of these payment methods are user-friendly, highly secured and extremely efficient.

WHERE CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD?

Simply login your account, then click on "My Account"->"Order History", all pervious orders you have made will be shown . Then click the order ID which you want to change. Click the button "Change your payment method".

DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE GST?

Yes, all our prices are GST included.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I WISH TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

You can click on "Alert Me" and we will send you an email to alert you about the restocking time.

CAN I PHYSICALLY SEE AN ITEM BEFORE I PURCHASE IT?

According to our company policy and cuz of the high value of the product,you will have to pay 2 times of selling price to get a physical sample.
And we will refund you the money once you place the order or send it back to us.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE UNTIL I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You will need to make payment for your order in 3 working days. We will send a reminder to your billing email address if we have yet to receive your payment within the time guidelines. If we do not receive any reply from you, we may cancel your order . But do not need to worry, you can make a new order if your order has been cancelled.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CONFIRM MY PAYMENT?

If you pay by PAYPAL and Western Union,we will be able to confirm your payment immediately.

If you pay by Bank transfer before 6:00pm, we will be able to confirm your payment in 3 business days.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP OUT MY ORDER?

Your order will be dispatched within 7 working days after we have confirmed your payment. 
You will be notified via an email with an unique tracking number and delivery details.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will dispatch your order within 7-10 working days.
Tracking information will then be sent to your billing email address, or you may find the tracking information from your account.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Just click on the following link --please make sure you have your tracking number ready. 

ARE PARCELS COVERED BY TRANSIT INSURANCE?

All delivery shipments are fully insured . If your item is lost in transit, we will replace it at our cost.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

You can cancel or change your order before you submitted the payment. Usually we proceed your order once the payment has been confirmed. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order.

HOW DO I GET MY INVOICE?

Once your payment has been confirmed by us, we will send the PI to your billing email address. 
You can also get a copy of the invoice from "My Account".

DO YOU HAVE A NEWSLETTER THAT I CAN SUBSCRIBE TO?

Yes, please input your billing address email address in the Subscribe Newsletters. 
We will send you our latest designs and collections every month.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FOUND ITEM RECEIVED IS NOT EXACTLY WHAT WAS DESCRIBED WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER

We apologies for the incorrect product description provided when you made your purchase,please contact us with your order number. We will resolve this mistake as soon as possible.
